Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Evolvifi Ltd (“Evolvifi”, “we”, “us”) is a limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 16366021). Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit evolvifi.coor contact us, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are the data controller for information collected via this website. Separate privacy notices apply to our products (SameTable, ORBIT, Market Intelligence, AI Readiness) and are provided at sign-up for each.
2. What we collect and why
2.1 Information you give us via the contact form
When you use the contact form at evolvifi.co/contact we ask for your name, email address, the organisation you represent (optional), and the message you send us. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss whether our products or services might fit your needs.
Lawful basis:Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business. You can object at any time.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically logs technical information about every request — IP address, browser user agent, timestamp, and requested URL — for security, abuse prevention and infrastructure debugging. These logs are retained by Vercel for a short rolling window and are not linked to any account.
Lawful basis:Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies at present. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first through an in-page banner and update the cookie policy accordingly.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the small number of processors needed to run the website and reply to you:
- Vercel Inc.— hosting and edge network. Data is processed in the European region where possible. Vercel is our data processor.
- Resend— transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions. Your message and email address are transmitted through Resend so we can receive it in our inbox.
- Google Workspace— our business email account, used to read and reply to messages you send us.
Where a processor is based outside the UK, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards (UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a UK addendum, or an adequacy decision).
4. How long we keep it
- Contact-form enquiries:retained in our email system for up to 36 months after the last correspondence, then deleted or anonymised.
- Server logs: retained by Vercel for the periods set out in their documentation (typically days, not months).
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (subject-access request);
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”);
- ask us to restrict or stop processing your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it (for future analytics cookies, marketing emails, etc.);
- complain to the UK’s data-protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@evolvifi.co. We aim to respond within one month.
6. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, keep access to production systems tightly scoped, and rely on reputable processors with SOC 2 or equivalent controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe you have discovered a security issue, please email us so we can look into it.
7. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “last updated” date at the top of the page tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
