1. About these terms
These terms of use govern your access to and use of evolvifi.co (the “Site”), operated by Evolvifi Ltd (“Evolvifi”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Separate terms apply to our products (SameTable, ORBIT, Market Intelligence, AI Readiness). Those terms are provided when you sign up for or purchase a product.

3. Nature of the Site
The Site is a marketing website. Content here describes our company, our products in development, and how to get in touch. Anything relating to a specific product — pricing, availability, feature lists, screenshots, roadmap dates — is provided for information only and does not form a contract, offer or commitment. Product terms, when they exist, will always take precedence over anything published here.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any related network or database;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material;

The names “Evolvifi”, “SameTable”, “ORBIT” and associated logos and taglines are unregistered trade marks of Evolvifi Ltd.

The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. We may amend, suspend or withdraw all or any part of the Site at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties. Information on the Site is for general information only and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, legal or technical advice.
